The Graduate Trainee Programme aims to offer young talents a promising career in "Operation Management" in the in-flight catering, air cargo terminal, ground handling and laundry services businesses with the subsidiaries of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited including Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Ltd. (CPCS), Cathay Pacific Services Limited (CPSL), Hong Kong Airport Services Ltd. (HAS) and Vogue Laundry Services Ltd. (VLS).
Throughout the three-year career development programme, our Graduate Trainees will have the opportunity to work in various operational departments among subsidiaries while participating a series of on-the-job and classroom training. You will meet our people and professionals from different fields and learn all aspects of operations of the subsidiaries. At the end of the programme, our Graduate Trainees will deepen their understanding of our businesses and become well versed in people and project management for them to excel in the role as one of our next generation leaders.
Upon successful completion of the Graduate Trainee Programme, our Graduate Trainees will be appointed as Assistant Manager or equivalent position in one of the subsidiaries and will manage their own team to achieve the Company goals and objectives for the business success.

Who We Are Looking For
Degree holder in any disciplines
Good academic result and a genuine passion for a professional career in in-flight catering, air cargo terminal, ground handling and / or laundry services industry
Fresh graduates with less than 2 years' working experience will also be considered
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to be a self-starter with initiative, a positive working attitude and willingness to accept challenges
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese processing
Shift duty is required
