People Officer (Business Partner)

Responsibilities
Act as an HR business partner to provide the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, staffing, performance management and C&B
Design and implement different recruiting and staffing programs to recruit and retain employees
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
Administers payroll and benefits programs
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Prepare HR report for management review
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
1-2 years solid HR experience in a sizable multi-national company, with mass recruitment experience will be an advantage
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail-minded
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Immediately available is highly preferred
Fresh graduate will also be considered
