Human Resources Officer (Recruitment)

Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, organizing job fair, posting job advertisement and screening candidates
Support the full employee life cycle from hiring, on boarding, staff engagement, staff retention, disciplinary & performance management and off boarding
Prepare regular reports including staff turnover staff, headcount report, hiring activities updates for management review
Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2-3 years solid HR experience gained from sizable multi-national company
Mass recruitment experience gained from Retail/F&B industry will be an advantage
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail-minded
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Immediate available is an advantage
