FOOD PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
The CPCS Food Production Department consists of several dedicated kitchens and individual preparation rooms, providing food and food-related items in raw or processed form. Everything is prepared and processed to international standards and requirements in accordance with specified recipes and procedures that comply with airline industry guidelines.
