Planning & Digital Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal ('CCT'), Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited (‘CPCS’), Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (‘HAS’) and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (‘VLS’).
Working closely with business units to review and analyze existing business processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and improvement.
Assisting in gathering and defining business requirements for digital transformation projects.
Conducting POCs and pilot projects to assess and validate potential digital solutions, providing recommendations based on data-driven insights and analysis.
Collaborating with development teams and external parties to implement digital technologies and solutions effectively, following agile methodologies and best practices.
Transforming data analytics findings into actionable reports and visualizations, providing valuable insights to drive decision-making and project success.
Supporting the Digital Solution Assistant Manager in monitoring project progress and adjusting.
Staying up to date with digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
Conducting any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by your superior.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field; candidates with other educational backgrounds and strong technology know-how combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, data analysis, and project management, preferably in the relevant industry.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working with or as part of an agile team.
Skill and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
