People - Digital & Governance Manager

People Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal ('CCT'), Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited (‘CPCS’), Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (‘HAS’) and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (‘VLS’).


S/he is accountable for implementing HR digital strategy and roadmaps for developing People analytics & insights capabilities to ensure alignment with our employee value proposition and business priorities.

S/he is accountable for implementing a subsidiaries-wide approach to HR policy development and communication of corporate people policies for all employee groups, ensuring legal and ordinance compliance and implementing governance framework to drive control and improvement in people management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR Digital Roadmap, working in close partnership with HR stakeholders and IT solution delivery team.

  • Create People analytics capability to ensure delivery of people strategy, sharing future vision of HR optimization and digitalization.

  • Oversee delivery of HR digital solutions, provide advisory to support cross-subsidiaries HR technology and People data insight projects.

  • Partner with Information Security and Legal & Compliance team to maintain compliance in accordance with employment ordinance, local regulations and company policies with a strong focus on data privacy and governance.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders to develop key HR performance metrics.

  • Implement group-wide HR policies across subsidiaries, conduct HR internal and subcontractor audits and mitigate risk.

Requirements

  • Degree holder plus at least 7 years relevant working experience with proven track-record in digital, policies development and governance related functions.

  • Deep functional knowledge of contemporary and best HR practices and processes in Shared Services advantageous.

  • Preferably with experience in enhancing, designing and implementing HR digital systems and solutions for Talent Acquisition / Talent Development / Performance Management / Core HRMS.

  • Experience working with HR solutions Workday / Saba / SAP / PeopleSoft / LMS.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
