Customer & Commercial Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal ('CCT'), Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited (‘CPCS’), Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (‘HAS’) and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (‘VLS’).
Responsibilities
Providing administrative and operation support to the Marketing & Communications team, assisting with day-to-day operations and tasks.
Coordinating and managing logistics for marketing events, including venue booking, catering, participant registration etc.
Assisting in the coordination of tour visits, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for customers, e.g. itinerary planning, accommodations, venue setup etc.
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
Supporting the development and implementation of marketing & communications strategies, including research, campaign tracking etc.
Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Assisting in managing budgets and expenses for marketing initiatives, ensuing cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines.
Maintaining organized records and files, both physical and electronic, related to marketing activities and operations.
Performing any projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in Marketing.
Fresh graduates in relevant major and intern experience will also be considered.
Strong awareness of potential risks in communication.
Candidates with experience in aviation, cargo, ground handling, catering and retail industry have a definite advantage.
Good interpersonal, communications, presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Self-motivated, detail-minded, result-oriented and well organized personality.
Able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g. Aherf, SEMrush), Meta. Business Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Knowledge in Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, Wix is an advantage.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer.
Immediate available is an advantage.
