The Supervisor Trainee Programme offers a great opportunity to a promising career in the in-flight catering business.
Successful candidates will undergo a two-year intensive training programme including classroom training, on-the-job coaching and attachment in the core operational areas. Throughout the two-year training, supervisor trainee will become well versed with the core operations of the Company and be prepared to take up the role as one of our next generation leaders.
Upon completion of the training programme successfully, trainees will be appointed as Senior Supervisor and are responsible for leading teams to support the enhancement of operational efficiency and service excellence of the company.

Programme Curriculum & Highlights
- On-the-job attachment in Operational and Commercial departments
- Classroom training in technical and management skills
- Exposure to building a people network
- Mentorship for guidance and direction
- Buddy system for mutual support
Requirements
- Tertiary education, preferably in Operations Management, Hotel and Catering Management or related discipline
- Experience in the operation of manufacturing, logistics management and / or industrial engineering is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail-minded in problem solving and decision making
- A self-starter with initiative, positive attitude and willingness to try out new ideas
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- PC literate in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Holder of driving license No. 1, 2 is preferable
- Shift duty is required

Objectives
Through the two-year training program, Cook Trainee (CT) will be equipped with all-round cooking skills and comprehensive technical knowledge.
The CT program is a crucial succession program of the Production Department that ensures the company's capabilities to provide world-class cuisines continuously
Upon completion of the training programme, CTs should be able to:
- Understand the roles, functions, workflows and procedures of various sections of PRO
- Perform the roles and responsibilities of a chef

- Exposure opportunities in various international cuisine initiatives such as HOFEX
