Supervisor Trainee

Objectives
Through the two-year training programme, Supervisor Trainee (ST) will be well versed with the core operations of the Company and be equipped with the desirable management skills for taking up the role as our next generation leaders at the Operations (OPS) and Production (PRO) Department.

Upon completion of the training programme, STs should be able to:

  • Understand the roles, functions, workflows and procedures of various sections of OPS or PRO
  • Perform the roles and responsibilities of a senior supervisor

  • On-the-job attachment in OPS and PRO
  • Classroom training
  • Exposure opportunities to build internal and external network
  • Mentorship for guidance and direction
  • Buddy system for mutual support

Cook Trainee

Objectives

Through the two-year training program, Cook Trainee (CT) will be equipped with all-round cooking skills and comprehensive technical knowledge.

The CT program is a crucial succession program of the Production Department that ensures the company's capabilities to provide world-class cuisines continuously

Upon completion of the training programme, CTs should be able to:

  • Understand the roles, functions, workflows and procedures of various sections of PRO
  • Perform the roles and responsibilities of a chef


Training

  • On-the-job attachment in PRO
  • Classroom training
  • External training in professional institutes
  • Exposure opportunities in various international cuisine initiatives such as HOFEX
