Production Department

Production Department consists of several dedicated kitchens and individual preparation rooms, providing food and food-related items in raw or processed form, processed and prepared to international standards and requirements in accordance with specified recipes and procedures complying with the airline industry guidelines.

• To be responsible for food processing with the aim of producing meals served on board.
• To provide various kinds of meals served on board with world-class quality.
