Responsibilities

  • Conducts food microbiological test and equipment calibration
  • Addresses quality and hygiene issues
  • Implements, monitors and improves quality and hygiene management systems

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Food Science / Food Technology or related discipline
  • Knowledge of microbiological testing and techniques is preferred
  • Sound in PC operation including Chinese Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Shift duty is required
