Responsibilities
- Conducts food microbiological test and equipment calibration
- Addresses quality and hygiene issues
- Implements, monitors and improves quality and hygiene management systems
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Food Science / Food Technology or related discipline
- Knowledge of microbiological testing and techniques is preferred
- Sound in PC operation including Chinese Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Shift duty is required
