Pricing & Menu Planning Officer

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinates menu start-up and changes for customer airlines
  • Inputs menu specifications into internal IT system accurately and punctually
  • Assists in organizing meal presentations
  • Assists in achieving the target gross profit margin by setting prices in accordance with the company’s directions

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in F&B or Catering, preferably with relevant working experience
  • Out-going with sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin would be a definite plus
