Responsibilities
- Co-ordinates menu start-up and changes for customer airlines
- Inputs menu specifications into internal IT system accurately and punctually
- Assists in organizing meal presentations
- Assists in achieving the target gross profit margin by setting prices in accordance with the company’s directions
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in F&B or Catering, preferably with relevant working experience
- Out-going with sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin would be a definite plus
