Responsibilities
- Is responsible for administrating the personnel services in the areas of recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll preparation and performance management etc for a subsidiary office comprising of 70-80 members
- Coordinate with various work units on personnel activities
- Support to provide personnel services to various departments
- Work on ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 2 years solid experience in human resources functions
- Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances
- Independent, self-motivated with strong analytical sense
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- The employment is initially on a 1-year contract. Subject to a satisfactory performance during the contract period, a permanent employment will be offered after the completion of the contract.
