Personnel Officer (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for administrating the personnel services in the areas of recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll preparation and performance management etc for a subsidiary office comprising of 70-80 members
  • Coordinate with various work units on personnel activities
  • Support to provide personnel services to various departments
  • Work on ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years solid experience in human resources functions
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances
  • Independent, self-motivated with strong analytical sense
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • The employment is initially on a 1-year contract. Subject to a satisfactory performance during the contract period, a permanent employment will be offered after the completion of the contract.
