Deli Fresh (DFL), a 100% subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Catering Services (HK) Ltd (CPCS), provides food processing and catering services to various markets including aviation, school meals, and staff canteens. We are seeking a dynamic person with a proven experience in sales and operations in the food industry. Reporting to the Commercial Manager your primary focus will be on research and evaluation of business opportunities and to develop and implement appropriate marketing and sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Accountability for the daily production operations of the company
- Set business strategies and ensure business objectives are met through market analysis, project planning and execution
- Manage sales and customer service
- Budgeting, planning and implementing programs to develop new business opportunities
- Constantly assess the performance of the business unit in order to achieve business targets
- Lead and develop the team in ensuring quality succession and team collaboration
Requirements
- At least 5 years in food production or sales management in the catering services industry
- BA degree in business or related disciplines
- A track record of building new businesses and brands within highly competitive and fast-paced markets
- Cheerful and outgoing with outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Self motivated, results oriented, energetic and team player
- Fluency in Chinese and English
