Responsibilities
Performs Helpdesk function and Deskside support
Carries out computer operator duty
Installs and upgrades system hardware and software
Handles IT purchase and inventory
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Prefer to have 2 years relevant experience in Technical Support (Hardware & Software)
- Familiar with Microsoft product, Lotus Notes and Novell Netware
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Pager support is required
