IT User Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Performs Helpdesk function and Deskside support
  • Carries out computer operator duty
  • Installs and upgrades system hardware and software
  • Handles IT purchase and inventory
  •  

    Requirements

    • Diploma holder in Computer Engineering or related discipline
    • Prefer to have 2 years relevant experience in Technical Support (Hardware & Software)
    • Familiar with Microsoft product, Lotus Notes and Novell Netware
    • Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
    • Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
    • Pager support is required
