  • Monitor cleaning / sanitizing / housekeeping activities carried out by the contract companies
  • Assist in-house cleaning and furniture layout arrangement
  • Take corrective / preventive actions on cleaning / sanitizing / housekeeping issues reported by¬†Food Production Department
  • Conduct routine cleaning checks to achieve hygiene and safety standards


  • F.5 level or equivalent education and qualification
  • At least 5 years experience in housekeeping
  • Basic knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleaning standards is preferred
  • 24-hour shift is required
