Senior Operational Excellence Officer

  • Manages companywide projects as assigned, including deliverables, timeline, cost, prioritisation on resources to drive operational efficiency and cost-saving results
  • Support the implementation of new processes, automation, systems and capabilities to improve organisation effectiveness, productivity and efficiency
  • Conduct regular review / audit of all ongoing improvement projects and update internal control records
  • Drives continuous improvement culture throughout the company
  • Assists in the implementation of company's business continuity plans, as well as other projects and analytical works



  • Degree holder, preferably in logistics management, business management, quality management or food industry related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing operation / process improvement and project management
  • Knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or other operational excellence skills is preferred
  • Sound experience in applying various improvement tools, including 5S, visual management, etc
  • Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and statistical tools
