  • Support Customer Services Manager on fostering customer relationship
  • Handle customer feedback from all channels, co-ordinate with respective parties for improvement and ensure quality and timely responses to customers
  • Manage and enhance Customer Feedback System, input data, produce reports & analysis
  • Propose and maintain departmental KPI
  • Implement and lead internal & external marketing activities such as cocktail party, facility tours, website update and others
  • Maintain departmental administration.
  • Coach and Supervise sub-ordinates.
  • Provide service support to ad-hoc projects or additional tasks assigned by superior


  • Tertiary education is required
  • 5 years working experience and preferably in customer services & marketing fields
  • Candidate with food knowledge and airline background would be an advantage
  • Patient and with customer service mindset
  • Attentive to details and willing to take additional assignments
  • Able to work independently
  • Good problem solving & analytical skills, interpersonal and administration skills
  • Excellence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point and Photoshop. Knowledge in Access & Oracle will be an asset
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin
  • Candidate will less experiences will be considered as Customer Services Officer
