  • Ensure product quality are within the approved specification and in compliance with the corporate standard by handling daily food safety and quality assurance activities
  • Conduct hygiene audits and provide hygiene training
  • Address quality and hygiene issues and solve any problem found
  • Implement, monitor and improve quality and hygiene management systems
  • Participate in developing and delivering hygiene training for general staff
  • Assist to set up HACCP program and upgrade hygiene
  • Assist to set up documentation system to record plant operations and quality control record
  • Assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned



  • Degree holder in Food Science / Food Technology or related disciplines
  • Min. 1 year working experience in food processing QA role is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
  • Experience in set up HACCP for central kitchen is an advantage
  • Hands-on skill in incoming and inline QC skill in needed
  • Good knowledge in hygiene control, QA documentation
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/ ISO 22000 is preferred
  • Self-motivated, hard-working and independent
  • Proficient in PC operation including nutritional analysis software and Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Shift duty is required
