Responsibilities
- Supervise the team to achieve meal production targets and the compliance of quality and hygiene standards
- Control number of meals produced to avoid wastage
- Optimize food and equipment stock levels for operational efficiency
- Provide training and technical support to staff for performing their daily duties
- Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Provide administrative support and maintain an efficient filing system
Requirement
- F.5/DSE or above
- 5 years or above related working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level preferably in retail or food industry
- Good leadership skills preferably in labour intensive environment
- Strong and positive customer service attitude
- Sound in PC operation including MS Word and Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Shift duty is required
