Production Supervisor

  • Supervise the team to achieve meal production targets and the compliance of quality and hygiene standards
  • Control number of meals produced to avoid wastage
  • Optimize food and equipment stock levels for operational efficiency
  • Provide training and technical support to staff for performing their daily duties  
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure customers’ satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support and maintain an efficient filing system


  • F.5/DSE or above  
  • 5 years or above related working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level preferably in retail or food industry
  • Good leadership skills preferably in labour intensive environment
  • Strong and positive customer service attitude
  • Sound in PC operation including MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Shift duty is required
