Pricing & Menu Planning Officer

  • Communicates with airline customers to follow up on issues relating to menu queries and proposals, price indications, menu samples, food purchase and other ad hoc requests
  • Coordinates with internal departments on menu start-up and changes
  • Inputs menu specifications into internal IT system accurately and punctually
  • Assists in organizing meal presentations / audits and participate if required
  • Assists in achieving the profit margin target by setting prices in accordance with the company's directions



  • Diploma / Higher diploma holder in F&B or Catering, preferably with relevant working experience
  • Out-going with sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin would be a definite plus
  • Driving license is preferable, but not a must
  • Shift duty may be required, depending the actual situation
