Marketing Administration & Customer Service Officer, Deli Delight

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational and administrative supports to the sales units and marketing team
  • Acts as a contact point for customers and handles customer complaints
  • Generates sales reports, maintains data base information and handles inventory/sales forecast
  • Assists in monitoring sales activities in a consistent and accurate manner
  • Assists in executing promotional, marketing/sales activities
  • Assists in identifying opportunities for sales and operation process improvement

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Commerce and Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1-2 relevant years experience in food retail markets, operational administration or customer services
  • Well-organized & friendly personality. Willing to listen comments as a team player
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills with customer service mindset
  • Sensitive to numbers, high standard of literacy
  • Strong problem solving skill and adaptive to changing environment
  • Well versed in PC knowledge, including MS Words, Excel and Power Point. Experience in photoshop is preferred, but not a must
  • Passion for food is a plus
