Human Resources Officer (Business Partner)

  • Act as an HR business partner to provide full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, staffing, performance management and C&B
  • Design and implement different recruiting and staffing program in recruit and retain employees
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  • Administers payroll and benefits programs
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Prepare HR report for management review
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years solid HR experience in a sizable multi-national company, with mass recruitment experience will be an advantage
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
  • Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail minded
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Human Resources Officer
