Food & Beverage Administrative Supervisor

  • Provide administration support and day-to-day F & B related operation to the Catering Centre of Excellence(CCoE) - Catering Inflight and Lounge Team
  • Update and upkeep CX / KA inflight menu information
  • Handle CX/KA food & beverage related administration, operations and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate data in CX/KA Catering Planner and CPCS Menu Planning System
  • Assist in preparing cost / price analysis/ budget for CX/KA meals, beverage and dry store supplies for Catering Inflight and Lounge Team
  • Coordinate and follow up with CPCS internal parties for CX flights menu planning, meal presentation, F & B workshops and projects.


  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Hotel and Catering or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant experiences and with 2 years’ experiences in airline or related industry is preferred
  • Knowledge in procurement management will be an advantage
  • Good numeric, analytical and planning skills
  • Basic accounting
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, mature and customer oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, while proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
