Responsibilities
- Compile preventive maintenance program, monitor the performance of HVAC, boiler and cold room system
Requirements
- Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- At least 4 years relevant working experience
- Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker R or equivalent is preferable
- Solid experience in HVAC and cold room maintenance
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Shift duty may be required
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
