  • Updates / Upkeeps customer Airline's menu in system
  • Provides clerical support in correspondences between Airline customers and Department
  • Maintains the files and records are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Undertakes basic housekeeping tasks of the Department
  • Monitors the stock of office supplies and manages the replenishment



  • Passed in HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Clerical experience in hotel/catering or food related industry is preferable
  • Sound in PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in English & Chinese, both written and spoken
