Responsibilities
- Monitor cleaning / sanitizing / housekeeping activities carried out by the contract companies
- Assist in-house cleaning and furniture layout arrangement
- Take corrective / preventive actions on cleaning / sanitizing / housekeeping issues reported by Quality Assurance Department and other departments
- Conduct routine cleaning checks
Requirements
- F.5 level or equivalent education and qualification
- At least 5 years experience in housekeeping
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleaning standards is preferred
- 24-hour shift is required
