  • Performs daily production of Chinese/ Western/ Japanese/ South East Asian cuisine
  • Ensures the end product quality is in line with the company’s standard


  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level, preferably some airline catering experience
  • Sound knowledge of authentic Chinese/ Western/ Japanese/ South East Asian style cooking and food processing methods
  • Certificate holder of catering / food & beverage is preferable
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English would be an advantage
  • Sound in PC operation including Microsoft Office is preferable
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Cook
