Catering Services Officer (Admin)

Responsibilities

  • Provides the administration support in airline menu including photo album and distribution
  • Provides support to marketing events and catering order from outsider
  • Assists in internal staff relationship functions such as sports and recreations activities, communication events and so on
  • Supports ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hotel & Catering or related disciplines
  • Around 2 years working experience and preferably in administration support
  • Candidate with food knowledge/airline background would be an advantage
  • Attention to details and good inter-personal relations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is required
  • Shift duty is occasionally required
