Responsibilities
- Assist to work out the possible IT solutions to the business problems and the business stakeholders with full understanding of the implication and impact to business process
- Document the business and functional requirements for subsequent system implementation upon approval by business and IT stakeholders
- Conduct the data analysis and database design under the requirement domains with performance constraints and infrastructure constraints
- Implement the IT solution according to the agreed project schedule either through outsourcing or in-house development with proper testing to ensure the system performance and quality
- Provide on-going application system support and maintenance meeting our SLA
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years involving in the logistic supply chain area
- Hands-on experience in ORACLE database administration is an essential
- Good interpersonal skill
- Excellent writing and reporting skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst II
