Assistant IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

  • Management of IT infrastructure and service delivery to the Company
  • Manage end-to-end incident resolution for IT Incidents which cover multiple systems vendors and/or contractors
  • Manage to optimize infrastructure and service portfolios and configurations
  • Assist to formulate IT infrastructure and service strategy
  • Assist to manage IT infrastructure team operations
  • Drive continuous improvements to optimize system availability and improve operational stability
  • Act as a liaison to the Management and the business units to drive value-based decisions on infrastructure planning and service delivery performances
  • Manage projects and realize expected benefits from infrastructure projects
  • Facilitate new technology adaptation to suit business needs
  • Other duties will include but are not limited to, being responsible for the integration of IT services within the facility (e.g. IP telephone system, network cabling, audio / video conferencing, IP security system / cameras)



  • University graduate with Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • At least 10 years working experience in managing IT infrastructure and service delivery
  • Experienced with managing helpdesk operations and contractors
  • Good communication skill
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows server, Unix/Linux server, workstation operating systems, Storage, IT Security and System Management, Cloud Computing technology
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, vmware, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory
  • Sound knowledge and solid experience of IT network and virtualization technology
