Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, daily checking and reconciliations of revenue, invoice handling
  • Liaise with customers and/or relevant departments regarding invoicing/revenue matters
  • Prepare journal vouchers and assist in month-end reporting
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma holder, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • ACCA Level 1 or above is an advantage
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in income audit and invoice handling is an advantage
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadline and with strong sense of responsibility
  • The employment is initially on a 1-year contract. Subject to a satisfactory performance during the contract period, a permanent employment will be offered after the completion of the contract.
