Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Ltd. (CPCS) is one of the largest flight kitchens in the world.

With forty years of experience in the airline catering industry, CPCS is renowned as a reputable caterer especially having moved into its state-of-the-art facility at the Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok.

In 2008, CPCS supplied over 20 million meals to over thirty scheduled carriers operating out of Hong Kong International Airport.

The company is a 100% subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways. In addition to preparing authentic, mouth-watering dishes, CPCS provides the logistics services in delivering food and beverages and other commissary items onto aircraft.

Trading conditions in the first half of
2009 were very challenging as air travel continued to decline, with the
consequence that daily meals produced
and daily flights handled by CPCS during
this period saw volumes fall by 6.5% and
1.6% respectively when compared to the
first half of last year.....

Cathay Pacific Catering Services started as “Air Caterers Ltd.” in 1967.

The catering facility at HKIA was
built with comprehensive studies of
